Most solar power module products come with a performance warranty of 20 years, maintaining 90% efficiency within the first 10 years and 80% efficiency within 25 years. Therefore, even after 20 years, the system will still have at least 80% of its original power generation efficiency.

The solar power generation system does not produce any noise during operation. The main electrical components of the system are the solar modules and the inverter. Therefore, it does not generate high-frequency radiation issues. The inverter's function is to convert DC power into AC power, and the magnetic field strength generated by the overall system is comparable to that of common household appliances (such as computers). This strength is well below the environmental safety guidelines set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and meets human safety standards. The system also complies with international electromagnetic interference and compatibility standards, ensuring that there are no concerns about electromagnetic radiation harming the human body.

SHINEPASS offers a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) free service plan. We will lease your roof for 20 years, and you can enjoy the benefits of a solar power system installation without any upfront costs. SHINEPASS will be fully responsible for the system's operation and maintenance during this period. After the lease term ends, the ownership of the system will be transferred to the property owner.
